About Us


Ledim Developments, a real estate development company, was founded in 2005 in Ontario, Canada by Ilya Tarsky together with his sons Max and Denis Tarsky. Ilya, a civil engineer with over 50 years of experience, brings his expertise in managing major construction projects to the company. Max and Denis, who have degrees in business management and information technology, have over 17 years of experience in real estate development. Since its inception, Ledim has established a reputation as a reliable and trustworthy developer, with a strong emphasis on creating value and societal benefits through its projects.

Company Activity

Ledim Developments specializes in strategically acquiring and developing vacant lands or under-utilized commercial/industrial properties. The company takes these properties through the development stages, including official plans and zoning by-laws amendments, design development plans, and obtaining municipal approvals. Once the approvals are obtained, Ledim constructs new buildings on the properties.

The company's initial projects were primarily multi-tenant commercial complexes. However, over the years, Ledim has expanded its portfolio to include a number of high-density residential and mixed-use projects, as well as subdivisions. This diversification of the company's portfolio has allowed Ledim to position itself to become a major housing provider through construction of large scale residential and mixed-use rental buildings to meet the growing demand for different types of housing in Ontario.

Ledim's in-house team members manage the construction of commercial and industrial projects. Once completed, those properties are leased-out and retained as a long-term investment properties. Property management of those properties is also done by Ledim’s in-house team members, allowing the company to have full control over the entire lifecycle of the development from acquisition, design, construction, leasing, long-term ownership, and management.
